1) I went on a country baot ride along the Poovar river and this is how the river winds thro'

2) The starting point of the boat ride. I had initially thought that the boat would go in this direction but actually went in the opposite direction!!!! (It really did not matter in the end as the other side was equally beautiful & lush green)
